Diagnosis outcomes, expansion sizing and saved plans in the Free MCP
Free MCP diagnoses now end in a named outcome (healthy, fixable, unclear, degraded or capacity), and only degraded or capacity offers to size a fix. The Fleet Planner sizes only an existing fleet's shortfall and a reserve on request, and every plan it sizes is saved for 30 days at a link that carries it into the app.

- Every diagnosis with guidance now names its outcome. Healthy is not a reason to replace anything; fixable is fixed first and rechecked; unclear asks for more evidence; degraded (a Google domain-reputation refusal) and capacity (more volume than the fleet holds) are the only outcomes that offer to size a fix. the playbook
- plan_infrastructure takes currentInboxes and sizes only the shortfall between an existing fleet and the target, saying when nothing needs adding; reservePercent adds spare capacity only when the person asks for it. the Fleet Planner
- Every sizing result says no order has been placed, and saves the plan for 30 days at /build/<id>: a page with the plan, the published-price estimate and an order button that carries the plan into the app. the Fleet Planner
- A new principle in the playbook: size it before anyone buys, and nothing is ordered without the person’s explicit yes. the playbook
Policy
- The privacy policy says what a saved plan holds (counts, providers, the price estimate; no domains, addresses or identifiers) and that it is deleted after 30 days. the privacy policy
