One quiet inbox on a domain: recreate it, don’t cancel it
A new guide to the most common cancellation request we get, one inbox on a domain going quiet while the others reply, and the policy behind our answer: cancellation is by domain, a weak mailbox on a healthy domain is recreated under a new name, and a failing domain is retired or moved to the other provider.
