One answer everywhere: pace, pricing and policy corrected
A drift audit read the site, the free agent and the planners side by side and found the same question answered two ways. Guides, tool defaults, prices and policies now come from the same data the planner and the agent use, and the build fails if the old answers return.
Corrections
- Sending pace: a dozen guides still sized fleets on about 30 cold emails a day per inbox, 15 to 20 on Microsoft and "ramp to 40-50", so their worked examples came out at half the fleet a volume needs. They now render the planner’s pace (15 on Google Workspace, 8 on Microsoft 365, 2 to 6 on Azure) and its arithmetic, and a new campaign ramps 5, then 10, then the platform’s pace. The sizing guide
- The Pre-Send Checker and its API defaulted to 30 sends per inbox; they default to the planner’s pace and warn above it. Pre-Send Checker
- Fresh pricing: the planner priced fresh inboxes at the no-minimum monthly rate for every order size and cycle, and quoted domains at the $20 list price. It now uses the price list’s tiers and its monthly, quarterly and yearly cycles, and quotes domains at the current $12 with the list price beside it. A 1,000-a-day fresh Google fleet reads $218 a month, not $235. The calculator
- /how-it-works said warmup counts inside each inbox’s daily cap. The cap is cold email; warmup runs on top of it, under about 50 a day in total on a Google inbox. How it works
- Fresh inboxes are delivered within 48 to 72 hours and then warmed for 14 to 21 days; three pages said the warmup is done before handover. Guides that said "send today", "the day you order" or "same-day deployment" now say prewarmed inboxes send the day they land.
- The free domain is a prewarmed .COM/.CO on prewarmed orders; guides said a free .com comes with every package.
- Routing: the mailbox-buying guide sent Microsoft recipients from Google or Azure on aged domains and told readers to skip gateway domains. It now states the routing the planner uses: Azure for everyone not on Google, Microsoft 365 on request, gateways as their own campaign. Which mailboxes to buy
- Microsoft 365 is planned at three inboxes per domain; /how-it-works and the Instantly page said up to 100.
- What every order includes now says the Deliverability Monitor dashboard is in closed beta and that rotation is set up with our technicians, rather than listing both as included features.
For AI agents
- get_diagnostic_playbook follows the operator rules: the recovery protocol’s numbers for a reply drop, a full rest for a sender-side bounce spike, verify twice and change verifier for a bad list, and the routing rule in place of "matched" pools. The playbook
- get_pricing publishes the fresh tiers, the fresh billing cycles and both domain prices. price.md
