# 500 cold emails a day, Google-heavy list

The smallest fleet worth building properly: one pool, Google to Google, no rotation needed.

**500 sends a day needs 34 inboxes across 12 domains, costing $272 a month** — prewarmed, sized for a list that is 70% Google, 20% Microsoft and 10% other. That is 11,220 sends a month across 22 sending days.

## The pools

- **Google Workspace** — 500 sends/day from 34 inboxes across 12 domains, at 15/day each and 3 per domain. $272/month.
All 500, including the Microsoft and other recipients

## Right for

A first real campaign, or one founder sending. Low enough volume that a single Google pool is simpler than splitting, and simple is worth more than optimal at this size.

## Wrong for

A list that is mostly Microsoft. At 70% Google the single pool is the right trade; invert the mix and it stops being one.

## In the sequencer

One campaign, all 34 inboxes in the rotation, 15 a day each. Nothing clever needed — at this size the sequencer is not the constraint.

## Why these numbers

A single pool is the recommendation here rather than an oversight. Splitting 500 sends across Google and Azure pools gets you ecosystem matching on 20% of the list, and costs you two sets of domains, two warmup tracks and two things to monitor. Below roughly 1,000 a day that trade does not pay.

The 34 comes from 500 ÷ 15 rounded up. Fifteen a day per mailbox is the conservative figure this site plans against, not a cap Google enforces — Workspace allows far more, and sending far more is how cold email mailboxes get burned.

There is no reserve built into that number beyond the rounding. If you expect to lose mailboxes, or want to keep sending while some are paused, buy the headroom deliberately rather than assuming it is in there.

No reserve capacity is included beyond rounding up. [Measure your own recipient mix →](https://warminboxes.com/esp-calculator)
