1,000 a day on fresh branded domains, 21-day runway
Your own domains, warmed properly, and the three weeks that buys you.
1,000 sends a day needs 67 inboxes across 23 domains, costing $235 a month — fresh, sized for a list that is 50% Google, 30% Microsoft and 20% other. That is 22,110 sends a month across 22 sending days.
The pools
- Google Workspace — 1,000 sends/day from 67 inboxes across 23 domains, at 15/day each and 3 per domain. $235/month.
The whole list from one pool while the fleet is new
Right for
A brand that will keep sending from these domains for years, and can wait three weeks before the first real campaign.
Wrong for
A deadline. Three weeks is three weeks, and skipping it is the single most common reason a new domain never recovers.
In the sequencer
Keep the sequencer out of it for the warmup period. Ramp inside the warmup tooling, then load the real campaign once the fleet is through it.
Why these numbers
Fresh means lower monthly cost and your own branding, paid for in time. $235 a month against $490 for the prewarmed equivalent at the same volume — the difference is the three weeks.
A single Google pool is the recommendation while the fleet is new. Warming two pools at once doubles the thing most likely to go wrong, and the Azure pool can be added once the Google one is established.
Twenty-one days is the full recommendation, and it restarts if you change domains. Reputation attaches to the domain and does not carry over from one you retired.
The inbox count is slightly higher than the prewarmed equivalent because the whole 1,000 runs through one pool rather than two. That is the cost of the simpler warmup, and it is worth it at this stage.
