# Louis's video review of WarmInboxes

Founder Castelli Soun

> "I Would Highly Recommend Working With Upscales Team"

Louis, founder of Castelli Soun, shares his positive experience working with the Upscale team and the results they delivered.

Louis, founder of Castelli Soun, focuses his review on the part of infrastructure that never shows up on a pricing page: the team behind it. Real operators answering on WhatsApp, fixing DNS quirks, and deploying new inboxes when something needs attention.

The product underneath is the standard WarmInboxes stack: prewarmed inboxes with free domains, fresh inboxes for scale, and warm deliverability maintained across the fleet.
