The guarantee and domain ownership, in the Terms
The Terms now contain the 7-Day Placement Replacement Guarantee the offer page describes, and say that a domain you buy through us is yours. Before this, the offer page and facts.json pointed to the Terms for a guarantee they did not contain.
Terms
- Clause 10 now states the 7-Day Placement Replacement Guarantee: an Inbox that fails the placement standard in its first seven days, with the sending requirements followed, is replaced at no charge; claim it with the evidence within the seven days, and our team decides on that evidence. It replaces the Inbox only, and replacements after the seven days are chargeable. clause 10
- A Purchased Domain, one you buy through us as a separate item, is yours: on request we transfer it to a registrar account you nominate, and cancelling a subscription does not take it out of service. The free prewarmed domains stay registered and administered by us, as before. clause 11
- The offer page, price.md and facts.json now link the guarantee to clause 10, and the build fails if that clause moves. /facts.json
