Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first violates this agreement.
IMPORTANT:
Filing a chargeback after accepting these terms is considered fraudulent misuse. We will dispute all such claims and pursue action as needed.
As a reseller of Google and Microsoft software, we provide you with legitimate licenses to use their respective platforms. You agree to:
To protect deliverability and maintain service quality, all customers using Prewarmed Inboxes must follow the sending limits below:
Customers must maintain a minimum 1:2 cold-to-warmup ratio on every prewarmed inbox.
Example:
If you send 15 cold emails, you must send at least 30 warmup emails on the same inbox.
Customers are responsible for any domain or inbox damage caused by exceeding limits or ignoring sending requirements. Replacement inboxes or domains may incur additional fees.
All customers must follow industry benchmark best practices, including:
Domains supplied with an order are registered for one year and are active for that term.
We do not renew prewarmed domains, and this is deliberate rather than an oversight. A domain accumulates sending history, and past a point that history stops helping deliverability and starts working against it. Retiring a domain at the end of its term and replacing it with a fresh one is how the service keeps placement consistent.
Plan your infrastructure on the basis that a prewarmed domain has a one-year life, not an indefinite one.
If a domain reaches the end of its term during active use, we provide a replacement domain. Email [email protected] and we will deploy it.
When you cancel, the domains and inboxes on that order are deprecated. They are taken out of service and are not transferred, held, or reinstated afterwards. Export anything you need from those inboxes before cancelling, because access ends with the subscription.
While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service availability depends on:
We target 99% uptime but are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current billing period. We are not liable for:
