Comparison

WarmInboxes vs Primeforge, Mailforge & Infraforge

Primeforge, Mailforge and Infraforge are three products from one company. Primeforge sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, the like-for-like comparison with ours; Mailforge sells shared-IP cold email infrastructure and Infraforge private infrastructure on dedicated servers, neither of them Google or Microsoft mailboxes. They share this page because choosing between them is choosing a kind of infrastructure, and each row says which product it is about.

Setup timeDelivered within 48 to 72 hours of payment, prewarmed and fresh alike, DNS included. Prewarmed sends the day it lands; fresh after 14 to 21 days of warmup. (source)Not published on Primeforge, Mailforge & Infraforge’s own pages when read on 2026-10-22. Ask them: How long from payment to mailboxes you can send from, and does that include DNS?

The Terms of Service set out the domain term and what cancelling does to it. (source)Not published on Primeforge, Mailforge & Infraforge’s own pages when read on 2026-10-22. Ask them: Who registers the domain, who owns it, and what happens to it if you cancel?

WarmupPrewarmed inboxes arrive already warmed. Fresh inboxes are warmed by our technicians for 14 to 21 days. Warmup then keeps running at 30 emails per inbox per day underneath your campaigns for as long as you hold the inboxes. (source)Primeforge sells prewarmed Google and Microsoft mailboxes, warmed before you get access; the page shows no price. Mailforge's and Infraforge's pricing pages show no prewarmed product. MCP supportTwo MCP servers: a keyless public one exposing every free deliverability check read-only, and an authenticated one on the account that previews and places orders, follows builds and exports into sequencers. (source)Not published on Primeforge, Mailforge & Infraforge’s own pages when read on 2026-10-22. Ask them: Can an AI assistant act on the account through an MCP server, and is the free diagnostic layer reachable without a key?
Sequencer integrationDirect export into Instantly, Smartlead, PlusVibe and EmailBison from the portal or the API; any IMAP/SMTP or OAuth tool from the credentials you hold. (source)Not published on Primeforge, Mailforge & Infraforge’s own pages when read on 2026-10-22. Ask them: Which sequencers can mailboxes be exported into directly, and what does the export need?
Support24/7 WhatsApp with operators who run cold email campaigns themselves, plus email. No ticket queue. (source)Infraforge's pricing page lists support and sells expert consulting at two sessions for $500. (source: infraforge.ai/pricing)
Replacement policyA 7-day placement replacement guarantee: follow the sending requirements, and an eligible newly delivered inbox that fails the placement standard (warm primary inbox placement) in its first seven days is replaced at no charge; if the replacement still struggles, engineers work the setup with you. Placement itself is not guaranteed, as the Terms say, because receiving providers control filtering. Replacements after the first week are not free. (source)Not published on Primeforge, Mailforge & Infraforge’s own pages when read on 2026-10-22. Ask them: What happens when an inbox stops landing: replaced, on what terms, in what time?
Testing methodologyPublished: a dated placement test log with senders and seed accounts, a SURBL blocklist study and a Google sender reputation study by top-level domain, each with sample sizes and what the method cannot see. (source)Not published on Primeforge, Mailforge & Infraforge’s own pages when read on 2026-10-22. Ask them: Is placement testing published, with dates, senders, seed accounts and sample sizes?
Real observationsOur own agency sends more than a million cold emails a month on this infrastructure, and the studies above are drawn from that sending. (source)Not published on Primeforge, Mailforge & Infraforge’s own pages when read on 2026-10-22. Ask them: Does the provider send cold email on this infrastructure themselves, at what volume, and is any of it published?
