Client workspaces for cold email agencies
An agency’s account holds every client’s infrastructure. Workspaces keep it apart: each client’s orders and domains filed in its own workspace, exported with that client’s sequencer login, with its own reconnection and deliverability monitors.
One agency account
Agency account ├── Client A │ ├── Orders and domains │ ├── Sequencer login (labelled Client A) │ └── Reconnection and deliverability monitors ├── Client B │ ├── Orders and domains │ ├── Sequencer login (labelled Client B) │ └── Reconnection and deliverability monitors └── Unassigned domains
What a workspace holds
Orders and domains
File a whole order and every domain in it moves, including domains built later; or file a single domain. New orders can be placed straight into a workspace.
Its own sequencer login
Save one login per client under its own label. A workspace’s login is used for its orders and never for another workspace’s, so each client’s inboxes export into that client’s Instantly, Smartlead, PlusVibe or EmailBison.
Its own monitors
Switch automated reconnections and deliverability monitoring on per workspace.
Sending stats by client
Per-domain sent, replies and bounces carry the workspace each domain sits in.
Managing them
In the app
Create, rename and remove workspaces, and file orders and domains into them. Removing a workspace keeps its domains; they become unassigned.
Over the API
GET and POST /v1/portal/workspaces, PUT to rename or to set a workspace’s sequencer and monitors, and PUT on an order or a domain to file it. Names are up to 80 characters and unique on the account.
Setting one up
- Create a workspace per client in the app (or POST /v1/portal/workspaces with a name).
- File the client’s existing orders into it, and choose it when you order more.
- Save the client’s sequencer login under its own label, and set it as the workspace’s login.
- Switch on the reconnection and deliverability monitors you want for that client.
What it does not do
- A workspace here is a folder in your account. It is separate from tenant isolation: your domains already sit in your own Google or Microsoft environment, so another WarmInboxes customer is never in your tenant.
