The 7-Day Placement Replacement Guarantee
Follow our sending requirements. If an eligible newly delivered inbox fails our placement standard (warm primary inbox placement) during its first seven days, we replace that inbox at no charge. Send us the evidence (a placement test, bounces or headers) within those seven days and our team assesses it.
If the replacement still struggles, our engineers work through your setup, DNS, content and sending patterns with you. After the first week, support diagnoses the problem with you and advises whether a paid replacement or another fix is the right answer.
Placement itself cannot be guaranteed: the receiving providers make every filtering decision, as our Terms say. What we guarantee is the replacement, and the guarantee is clause 10 of our Terms.
