Deliverability monitoring at the domain, inbox and sequencer level
Monitor your infrastructure’s deliverability no matter where you bought it from. A domain usually gets blacklisted quietly and an inbox gets shadowbanned without a bounce; by the time your sequencer shows it, weeks of sending have gone to spam. Monitoring watches each layer so the one that broke is the one you fix.
Closed beta. The blacklist checks run today as a managed service across eight lists; the monitor dashboard is being built on top of them, which is why the app marks it coming soon. We onboard in waves.

Domain level
Where a send fails before it reaches anyone: lists, authentication and the domain itself.
Blacklists, daily
Every monitored domain is checked each day against eight blacklists, as a managed service.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Authentication rechecked on every monitored domain, so a record someone edited does not go unnoticed until replies fall.
Expiry
Domain expiry dates watched, because a lapsed domain takes its inboxes and their history with it.
Inbox level
Where one mailbox goes bad while the rest of the set is fine.
Placement per mailboxBeta
Inbox and spam placement per mailbox, so one burned inbox shows up before it drags the whole set down.
Connection state
Whether each mailbox is still connected to the sequencer; disconnects are what automated reconnections clear.
Sequencer level
Where the numbers move, so a copy or list problem is not mistaken for an infrastructure one.
Sending stats per domain
Sent, replies and bounces per domain over 7, 30 or 90 days, in the app and over the API. Figures not measured yet are marked as not measured, not shown as zeros.
Reply and bounce rates per sequenceBeta
Per-sequence reply and bounce rates and an events feed (a blacklist hit, a reply-rate drop) in the dashboard being built.
Turning it on
- Request access to the closed beta; we onboard in waves.
- For inboxes you hold with WarmInboxes, switch on the deliverability monitor for a workspace in the app, or over the API: PUT /v1/portal/workspaces/{id}/monitors with {"deliverability": true}.
- Read per-domain sending stats in the app, or from GET /v1/portal/analytics.
What it does not do
- No reputation score. Google and Microsoft keep sender reputation to themselves, so the monitor reports the signals it can measure rather than inventing a number.
- Per-domain health is not graded yet; the API returns it as pending until it is.
- Opens are not tracked.
- The dashboard, placement per mailbox and per-sequence rates are in closed beta.
